If you are unsatisfied with a purchase you received from Pure-N-Simple Soap, we would be more than willing to fully refund or exchange something that might fit your needs better.
We will do everything we can to make you a happy and very satisfied customer. Here are the following steps. Give us a call or email us. We would love to talk to you and know the details.
Was the product damaged? Did we accidentally send you the wrong item/scent, or are you just not satisfied with the product? Regardless of the reasons- we will still refund you. We would just like to know- particularly if it was an error on our part.
Simply return the used or unused product to us and/or proof of purchase, and we will gladly refund you for the cost of the returned item and reimburse you for shipping as well.
Please understand that once you have returned a product and then repurchased the same product, you will not be able to get a refund for the same product again. We sadly state this only to discourage those who would try to take advantage of getting free goodies.
